Each residence carries three Tesla Powerwall units, the roof deck and common areas run on separate Blue Ion battery towers, and a bifacial rooftop photovoltaic array powers all four homes. The developer describes it as the first building in the United States to combine Passive House certification with nanogrid technology. That is the developer's claim, and I would treat it as a claim until you see the certification yourself.
