Lumina is not one building. It is four, two towers rising from two podiums, filling the block bounded by Folsom, Main and Beale. The project was China Vanke's entry into United States residential development, with Vanke taking a 70 percent stake alongside Tishman Speyer. The Infinity, an earlier Tishman Speyer project, is one block away.

What I would ask about LuminaSince four buildings share one name, establish first which building and which part of it a unit sits in, because a podium home and a tower home are different products with different light, access and noise.
