The Harrison

This tower spent years as a stalled site. Work restarted in 2012, after the recession that followed the completion of the first Rincon Hill tower in 2008 stopped construction here. New owners took over in 2015, brought in Ken Fulk to redesign the residences and amenity floors, and renamed the building The Harrison. It stands roughly 541 feet at the roof as the second residential tower of the Rincon Hill complex.

What I would ask about The HarrisonSince the interiors were reworked partway through under different ownership, ask which finishes and layouts come from the original scheme and which came after 2015, and get that in writing for the specific unit.
