Instead of one long wall, the building is broken into townhouse modules of twenty five to thirty five feet that step down the slope of the site, with the whole plan turned inward around a central courtyard. The landscape does real work here: a green roof, a courtyard planted with natives and designed around water, and a butterfly habitat. Electric vehicle charging was built in. The Planning Commission approved the project unanimously in 2014.
