## What It Is

Unlock Your AI Assistant helps real estate agents use artificial intelligence more consistently
without requiring technical knowledge or a specific general AI platform. It combines a ten minute
setup path, nine reusable reference file templates with completed examples, eleven copyable prompts
with a four prompt Starter Set, privacy rules, professional guardrails, and a maintenance routine.
The goal is to help an agent stop starting every AI conversation from zero.

The resource is educational. It does not connect to Compass, retrieve Compass records, call an AI
model, or send user entered information to an external service. It teaches a copy and paste
workflow.

## Who It Is For

Primarily Compass real estate agents who use Compass AI and a general AI assistant such as ChatGPT,
Claude, or Gemini. Also useful for team leaders and operations staff who help agents document
repeatable work and use AI responsibly.

## The Two Tool Model

- Compass AI: find current information already stored in Compass, including contact and client
  records, recent activity, tasks, listings, saved properties in Collections, and open house leads.
- A general AI assistant: think through verified facts, plan work, prepare for conversations,
  review messages, compare options, draft communication, and identify next steps.
- The core rule: if an answer depends on current Compass information, look it up first. A general
  AI assistant must not guess current client records, listing status, tasks, or recent activity.

the templates leaves their browser. Setup progress saves locally on the agent's own device.
